Dr. Meaghan graduated from the University of Minnesota College of Veterinary Medicine in June 2000. She soon started her career at a small animal hospital near St. Paul for just over two years, and then joined the staff at Lakes Veterinary & Surgical Center in November 2002. To broaden her horizons and keep up with the ever-changing field of medicine, Dr. Meaghan attends a minimum of 35 hours of continuing education each year in a variety of topics including surgery, and all areas of medicine and dentistry. |

Dr. Meaghan resides locally with her husband, two children and retired racing greyhounds (Onion Patch "O.P.", Arlene and Cloud). In her spare time, Dr. Meaghan likes spending time with her family, reading, gardening and fishing with her husband. |
